Thank you to those of you who were about to join us in Orlando for Children’s Hospitals Week. We loved being able to spend time together as a network to engage and celebrate all that was accomplished in 40 years of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and over 8 billion dollars raised!

At the 2023 CDO Summit held earlier this month in conjunction with CHW, we embarked on a facilitated, interactive exploration of the challenges faced by our hospital executives and the opportunities they envisioned. Clark Sweat (EVP & COO, CMN Hospitals) and Jessica McKnett (VP, Experience Operations, CMN Hospitals), led the participants through a mini-workshop using LEGO Serious Play methodology. The insights generated by this exercise will shape ideas about the future and inform the upcoming CMN Hospitals Strategic Planning Process.
