2021 Impact Report Survey & Hospital Census Survey
The 2021 Impact Report Survey and Hospital Census Survey will open for submissions November 15, 2021, through January 7, 2022.
Impact reports display how Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals uses the funds raised by our valued partners. We are excited to work with member hospitals to continue the important process of gathering and tracking this data to proactively provide impact information to our corporate partners, donors and event participants.
In addition to the 2021 Impact Report Survey, CMN Hospitals has added a Hospital Census Survey to this year’s Impact Report Survey process. The purpose of this survey is to update our network statistics, dating back to 2016, to be used in the 2021 Impact Reports and to update our network talking points. This second survey will be conducted via a SurveyMonkey link which will be provided both at the end of the Impact Survey form and in all impact report communications.
Both the 2021 Impact Report Survey and Hospital Census survey will have the same submission timeline, closing on January 7, 2022.
