Status Update: 2022 CMN Hospitals Membership Agreement
The CDO Advisory Council has engaged a sub-committee of Chief Development Officers from around the network to consider changes and updates to the current CMNH Membership Agreement, which is valid through 12/31/2021.
Several data points must be considered as part of this group’s efforts—including gathering feedback from member hospitals and analysis of the most recent 2020 Census Data. In order to allow for proper time for the sub-committee to conduct their review, it has been determined that the current membership agreement will remain in place through the 2022 calendar year. As such, the sub-committee will be focused on preparing recommendations that will take effect for the 2023 calendar year, and all hospitals will be required to complete an extension of the current membership agreement through 12/31/2022.
Please see the timeline below for key dates in the process:
June 30, 2021: All hospitals will receive notice of the current contract extension via email. Signed copies of the contract extension will be due by 12/31/2021
Fall 2021: Membership sub-committee will gather feedback and discuss potential changes to the contract with parties around the network
March 2022: Membership sub-committee will present recommended changes to the CMNH Board of Trustees for their approval
July 1, 2022: All hospitals will receive the new (2023) membership agreement, complete with any recommended changes. Signed copies will be due by 12/31/2022
