Clark Sweat CMN Hospitals’ Chief Experience Officer, and other members of the Forbes Nonprofit Council recently shared eight ways nonprofits can attract more employees and volunteers. Clark shared the following advice: “Meet them where they are and engage them in the manner they prefer. Two of our most significant fundraising platforms—Miracle Network Dance Marathon and Extra Life—rely on our ability to effectively engage young people. We have found it to be vitally important to listen to them, watch their behavior and to embrace the technology they prefer.”
