Topgolf Support for CMN Hospitals
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals recently welcomed Topgolf as one of its newest corporate partners. While discussions surrounding traditional campaigns at physical Topgolf locations have been put on pause due to COVID-19, we have discovered another way Topgolf is able to support our member hospitals, regardless of whether they have a local Topgolf location, during these unprecedented times.
Topgolf has a virtual golf videogame called “WGT Golf” that our hospitals can leverage to virtualize the many golf tournaments that have had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. WGT Golf offers two different formats. The first is a standalone, 30-day, highly customizable tournament that an unlimited number of donors can be invited to following a donation. The second is a country club hospitals can create and own indefinitely. Hospitals can invite up to 250 donors to join following a donation. Once a member of the country club, donors can participate in the (up to) 15 events hospitals can run simultaneously within their country club.
Our Activation and Play Yellow teams have provided information on pricing and next steps as well as running demos with hospitals who have expressed interest in virtualizing their golf tournaments.
