COVID-19 Impact Survey
The communication below was sent to Program Directors throughout the network on Wednesday, May 13. If you have any questions, please work with your PD to connect with your CMN Area Director.
Good morning. We hope you’re well. Please know that you are in our thoughts as we all continue to navigate these unusual times.
First, thank you so much for your participation in the survey we sent out a few weeks back. Your feedback was extremely valuable and helped us craft a picture of what was, and still is, happening at children’s hospitals due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Your input helped secure a new partnership with Staples, inform our current and longstanding partners of the realities you’re facing, and develop the COVID-19 Impact Fund at kidscantwait.org.
We are reaching out to you today with another survey intended to further evolve Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ messaging. Your responses to all of these questions will help us guide messaging for partners and provide direction for our brand and, ultimately, enable us to continue to raise funds throughout the COVID-19 pandemic together. Individual hospital data will be kept confidential and only used in aggregate, and we will be sure to share the compiled results with you.
The survey – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CMNHCOVID19 – launches today, May 13, and will be open for two weeks. We ask that you please complete it by Wednesday, May 27th by 6pm MST. Similar to the previous survey, you may need to consult with your Leadership team in order to complete the survey. To that end, please find a pdf of the questions here.
You may be aware that CMN Hospital’s Leadership Team is reaching out to a small sampling of hospitals throughout our network on very specific questions focused on hospital membership and impact that COVID-19 may be having. If you were one of those markets, please know that the purpose of this survey is to compile specific, structured data from all hospitals in our network. If you have any other questions about either survey, please reach out to me directly.
