CMN Hospitals Letter of Support to Partner CEOs

In an effort to show support to our many partners that may be experiencing difficulties at this time, the following letter has been created to be sent to selected partner organization’s CEOs . We are grateful for their partnership and stand at the ready to offer support in return to them.

Dear [Partner CEO],

As the leaders of local children’s hospitals across the country, we understand how hard and challenging this time is.  While things are tough for many, there are children who are full of hope because of your support as a partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. We know managing the financial and human components of this crisis is especially taxing, and we want you to know that we are thinking of and supporting you.

In the same way the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting your business, it is affecting the business of children’s hospitals. Our resources are being stretched, and we are required to adapt daily as are you. However, we have an advantage because of partners like you!

Your charitable support helps us prepare for unimaginable circumstances like these. Your fundraising efforts equip our hospitals with the latest technology, fund key research and enable us to open our doors to older patients and take pressure off other hospitals in our communities.

Since the beginning of our partnership, your company has helped raise significant funds to change kids’ health and change the future for hundreds of millions of children. Thanks to you, your teams and your customers we are positioning ourselves to fight this pandemic for vulnerable kids and continue changing outcomes for pediatric patients beyond the pandemic. We know that throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and beyond, you will continue to be there for our hospitals and the kids we serve. We are thankful for that.

Now, we would like to know what we might be able to do to support you and your company?

Of course, your products and services are always our first choice and we always seek opportunities to recognize your ongoing support. However, we recognize our world today was nearly unthinkable a few months ago and the future is now unpredictable. If there is something all of us, a few of us or just one of us can do please let us know.

Best,

Nana Mensah                                                                    Teri Nestel
