Extended Deadline: CMN Hospitals Achievement Award Nominations

We are excited to announce that we have extended the deadline to accept nominations for the CMN Hospitals Achievement Award during the upcoming #ChildrensHospitalsWeek in April held in Orlando, Florida.  The CMN Hospitals Achievement Award honors a caregiver, team, or unit which has significantly elevated the care of children and has specifically been impacted by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ funds. Please see the nomination request below to submit a nomination.  All Achievement Award nominations need to be received by close of business on Monday, February 3, 2020.
