Children’s Miracle Network Hospital’s Business Intelligence team is updating Report Central, the app on Mission Control that houses all of CMN Hospital’s reports and data. We are aiming to provide a suite of dashboards and reports that are most helpful to you as you evaluate and engage with the CMN Hospitals partnership. We are seeking a few interested CDOs that would be willing to join a task force to give us feedback to ensure provided information meets your needs. The first suite of reports will contain the following:

• Summary report – snapshot of how your market, partners and programs are performing overall
• Detail report – location level information; including complete historic fundraising
• Leadership report – bird’s eye view of the market; will include fee analysis and breakdown of your CMN Hospitals ROI
• Area/Field Team report – mainly used by CMN Hospitals Area Vice Presidents and field team to easily check comparison information for their areas.
