L.E.A.R.N. – CDO Onboarding in Salt Lake City – February 12 -13, 2019
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals would like to invite you to L.E.A.R.N. (Leadership-Education-and-Retention-Network). L.E.A.R.N. is a high-quality training designed to increase your individual productivity and enrichment. L.E.A.R.N will provide you with development opportunities that will enhance your knowledge, develop skills and enrich your mind.
L.E.A.R.N. will enhance your previous onboarding experience and provide you with an additional level of understanding of CMN Hospitals. This training is strongly encouraged for any new Chief Development Officer joining our network. You will have a customized training experience, including 1:1 Strategy Meetings, Peer-Peer Networking, and the opportunity to meet with CMN Hospital Leadership during your visit.
All L.E.A.R.N. trainings will be hosted at CMN’s National Office in Salt Lake City, UT and will be held three times a year – February, July and October. These trainings will replace the CDO Onboarding training previously held at CHW and FBM. Our first L.E.A.R.N. training will be February 12-13, 2019.
