Maureen Carlson Announcement of Role Change

Maureen Carlson, Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships will be transitioning her role with the organization effective January 1. She will be moving from a full-time employee to a consultant working within Strategic Partnerships, Revenue and other organizational key initiatives.

Maureen joined our organization full-time in 2016 and came with nearly two decades worth of experience in corporate social responsibility, marketing and non-profit fundraising experience. During her time, she has successfully transformed Strategic Partnerships and launched and developed our impact initiatives with our corporate partners and hospitals. Her impact has set us up for years of fundraising success.

While Maureen will no longer oversee staff, in her capacity as a consultant, she will continue to guide strategic planning for key initiatives within the Revenue department, give strategic counsel for the growth of individual partnerships/programs and provide the organization with thought leadership around the evolution of corporate partnerships and peer-to-peer fundraising. You will continue to see and hear from Maureen at key organizational events and meetings, including the #ChildrensHospitalsWeek events in Orlando, Dance Marathon Leadership Conference, and Fall Business Meetings. You will also continue to work with her as she engages in strategic projects.

Please join me in thanking Maureen for her leadership, her passion, and her expertise over the past few years.

If you have any questions or need further detail about Maureen’s new role, please contact Clark Sweat (csweat@cmnhospitals.org).
