Children’s Hospitals Week Registration Now Open

Registration for Children’s Hospitals Week is now open. Our annual event in Orlando, Florida that brought together over 1,200 attendees in 2018 will be held March 19-22, 2019, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Click Here to join us for four days of useful content, training, networking opportunities and unforgettable experiences with a few of the kids who are counting on you!

During Children’s Hospitals Week, representatives from 170 CMN Hospitals, dozens of corporate, radio and media partners, Champion families, Extra Life United gamers, celebrities and other key supporters will gather to strengthen our combined efforts to help kids in need.

Throughout this week, we will:

  • Focus on Topics and trends that will help us increase our impact on children’s hospitals
  • Recognize fundraising innovation, major milestones, individuals and organizations within the Network
  • Network and share compelling content across our social networks to market the cause
  • Be inspired by the incredible children we serve — national Champions from the U.S. and Canada

CDO Summit:  Thursday, March 21 – 1:00 – 5:00 pm

  • Featured speaker:  Maureen Carlson, CMN Hospitals Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
  • Discussion with CDO Advisory Committee:  2019 and beyond.
  • Panel discussion – In today’s competitive markets it’s important to understand what value propositions allow for-profits and nonprofits to join together for mutual benefit. Panel will provide CDO insights on how best to position our cause to win.
  • CMN Hospitals strategic discussion with CMN Hospitals CEO, John Lauck

New this Year:  CDO Track:  Wednesday, March 20. The track will include the following specifically designed for executive development leadership:

  • Training from development leadership peers
  • Peer best practices on marketing the cause of Children’s Hospitals
  • Networking with CDO colleagues

Event Fee and Registration

Early bird registration fee is $899 until Jan 8, 2019 and $945 after that date. Registration will remain open until 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Feb 6.

Hotel Reservations

For this event, all attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals convention rates are $200 per night, plus tax; pending availability. Rooms are limited so book your reservations early!

To book your hotel room, click HERE, or call 407-939-4686 and ask for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals group reservation. While booking your room, you’ll find additional information regarding Disney Magical Express Transportation (DME ), Dining, My Disney Experience, Spas and Recreation.

Please note: the hotel will require a credit card number to hold each reservation. A deposit equal to your first night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.

Travel Dates

Most attendees should plan to arrive and check in before 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, and may depart any time after 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 22. Please note some one-off meetings may take place earlier; you will be notified if you should plan to attend.

Event Invoices

All invoices will be processed after Feb 6. If payment must be processed before, please pay with a credit card.
