The following message is being sent to your hospitals regarding the CDO Value Survey:

“Last year, for the first time, we surveyed the Chief Development Officers at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals member hospitals and foundations. Results from last year’s survey helped us develop the new partnership model, allocate 2018 resources and allow the field operations team to set goals in 2017 that met your objectives.

Once again, we need your feedback to help identify ways we can better serve you and improve our performance. Please take a few minutes and provide us with feedback on your Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals experience in 2017.  The survey should take approximately five minutes to complete.

You can access the survey by clicking below.  As a reminder, the survey must be completed by the CDO and can only be taken once.

Once the results have been compiled, we will share them with you. These survey results will be provided to the CDO Advisory Committee, shared with CMN Hospitals leadership and may be shared in future CDO meetings. Thank you for your participation.
