Chico's FAS Partnership To End January 2018
During the Tuesday October 2, 2017 CDO Summit, Clark Sweat announced Chico’s FAS will dissolve their Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partnership starting January 2018 to begin working with Habitat for Humanity. We are very sad to make this announcement.
This decision comes after Chico’s FAS new CEO evaluated their overall charitable giving strategy. Based on customers survey results, Chico’s FAS made the decision to limit the multiple register campaigns to one organization, one time per year.
Chico’s has been a partner with CMN Hospitals since 2011 and although we’re sad to see them leave we’re appreciative of what they have done to support the children in your community these many years and wish them well in their new endeavors. Although the national relationship will cease, we strongly encourage you to consider asking your Chico’s representatives to continue supporting your hospital, outside of the CMN Hospital umbrella because of the incredible relationship they have with your hospital.
Our new partnership team is aware of this departure and will continue to seek out new opportunities for you and your colleagues to increase funds in your community. If you have a new partnership you wish the team to pursue, please reach out to Peter Reis, SVP New Business (pries@cmnhospitals.org) and he’ll be more than happy to collaborate with you.
Although we realize this is not the information either of us wants, we will continue to work in the best interest of your hospital and the kids that you serve, so we can raise the most money possible.
For questions about Chico’s FAS please contact Chris Perry, VP Revenue (cperry@cmnhospitals.org).
