The 2018 annual fixed fee for membership in CMN Hospitals, based on the U.S. census populations of market area, was sent to all markets on Thursday, June 1, 2017. Payment of this invoice is due no later than Thursday, August 31, 2017. As a reminder, this invoice will not be included in the withholding process for markets that have elected to have their 2017 variable fees withheld.
