Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is PCI Compliant

At Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, we are committed to engaging local communities to increase fundraising for their member hospital. We know every donation transforms how children’s hospitals meet the most urgent needs, saving more lives and protecting our collective future. That’s why we’ve worked hard to become PCI compliant to protect donor information and host our sites and applications on one of the most secure cloud environments in the world.

As part of our commitment to keeping donations and donor information as secure as possible, CMN Hospitals employs a Certified Information Security Professional and a Certified Ethical Hacker. They test our applications regularly and train all our staff on security, PII Data, phishing, and PCI training.

Details:

  • Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals payments adhere to performance measurements outlined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and are verified by a third party.
  • All CMN Hospitals applications are following PCI compliance: Miracle Home Program, Play Yellow, DonorNet, US Website.
  • Our service providers such as Donor Drive (Global Cloud), Give Miracles, Tiltify, Twitch, Golf Status, and TipTap are also PCI compliant, maintaining their status independently.
  • Applications in the scope of PCI DSS are scanned quarterly by a PCI DSS Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV)
  • Unless necessary, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals does not permanently store financial information so it cannot be retrieved or compromised.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals will be updating language on each of its applications to inform donors that we meet secure payment standards. We are also distributing information on our PCI compliance to program directors through Essentials this month as well as our monthly program director call.
