After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, we are rescheduling and may be postponing the Orlando events during #ChildrensHospitalsWeek. This enables us to provide the experience network partners expect and deserve in a safe environment.

Orlando Conference: Instead of an event in Orlando, we are exploring hosting a virtual live stream event the week of April 6. More details will follow. We also are exploring options to reschedule the in-person event sometime in the fall. We will share any details as we have them.

#ChildrensHospitalsWeek: The awareness activities of #ChildrensHospitalsWeek, April 6-12, will continue as planned.

Extra Life United: We are looking into making this a virtual event for all of our passionate community members. Additional communications to event attendees will be sent shortly. For real-time updates, follow @ExtraLife4Kids on social media.

What you should do: If you booked your own hotel reservation with The Gaylord, you need to cancel that reservation using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email or by calling 877-350-3236. We will be in communication as soon as possible regarding potential fall event dates, should you be able to reschedule your flights.
