L.E.A.R.N./CDO Onboarding – October 29 & 30, 2019
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals would like to invite you to L.E.A.R.N. (Leadership-Education-and-Retention-Network) held October 29 -30, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. L.E.A.R.N. is a high-quality training designed to increase your individual productivity and enrichment. L.E.A.R.N will provide you with development opportunities that will enhance your knowledge, develop skills and enrich your mind.
This training is strongly encouraged for any Chief Development Officer that are new to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals network. You will have a customized training experience, including 1:1 strategy meetings, peer-peer networking, and the opportunity to meet with CMN Hospital executives and leadership teams during your visit. This session we are privileged to have Jena Pado, CDO, Dayton Children’s Hospital in attendance as a member of TEAM 365, our CDO mentoring program.

Meeting Location: CMN Hospital’s Nation Office – 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Travel Day: Monday, October 28, 2019
Training: Tuesday, October 29, 2019 – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
CDO Dinner: Tuesday, October 29 – 5:30 pm
Departure: Evening of Tuesday, October 29 or morning of Wednesday, October 30, 2019
Host Hotel: SpringHill Suites, 625 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 (within walking distance of CMN Hospitals offices)

Attendee Responsibilities: You are responsible for your airfare and hotel accommodations, we will cover your meals
All L.E.A.R.N. trainings will be hosted at CMN Hospital’s National Office in Salt Lake City, UT and will be held three times a year – February, June and October. These trainings will replace the CDO Onboarding training previously held at Children’s Hospitals Week and Fall Business Meeting.
