National Partner Assets Reporting Q1 2019

At the most recent CDO Summit in Orlando, Maureen Carlson (click HERE to view the video (password:  Miracles7400; presentation starts at 23:54) presentation highlighted our new National Partner Asset Reporting (NPARF) process. This process began with collection of stewardship activities that occurred with a selection of our national partners during Q1 of this year. As this was a new process for the network, we are thrilled by the incredible support that you all gave to this important initiative—resulting in over 1,050 individual records submitted!

Click HERE for a summary of the stewardship activities reported on across the network in Q1—below are a few interesting highlights:

  1. 77% of all US markets reported stewardship activities in Q1
  2. The hospital with the most records reported was Cook Children’s Medical Center in Ft. Worth with 65 submissions!
  3. Panda Express had the most activities reported with 186 records
  4. In Q1- over 86,000 partner contacts were invited to participate in stewardship activities at your hospitals and of those, over 44,000 attended

As a reminder, the information submitted will be aggregated into wrap reports for our national corporate partner contacts to provide a complete picture of how all hospitals across the network steward and engage their locations and associates in campaigns throughout the year. As reports are provided to our partners, they will also be shared with you.

Thank you again for your support of the NPARF process—we’re looking forward to continuing this again in Q2! If you have any questions, please reach out to myself, Julie Breckenkamp, Managing Director, Corporate Partners, at jbreckenkamp@cmnhospitals.org.
