DRTV Update – Hospital Toolkit

As we approach the launch of the DRTV pilot campaign on August 16th, we wanted to provide a few last details.  The pace of this initiative has been fast and furious with all hands-on-deck to make it a success on a very short timeline.

CMN Hospitals will be supporting the DRTV pilot campaign with a robust national marketing plan that includes paid and organic social media, paid search, radio ads, PSA’s and more. Some hospitals have requested assets to support this initiative locally. To fulfill that request, a Hospital Toolkit has now been created for anyone who wishes to use it.  There is no requirement or expectation that hospitals use this toolkit.

The toolkit includes:

  • Leadership email template for internal stakeholders
  • External email templates for supporters/donors
  • Social media copy and images
  • Blog post template
  • E-newsletter blurb

This toolkit will also be shared with Program Directors through an Essentials post and email from Market Directors.
