Jack & Barbara Nicklaus to Launch Play Yellow Live on GOLF Channel
This Wednesday, March 13, at Noon Eastern, Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, PGA Tour Commissioner, Jay Monahan and John Lauck will announce the Play Yellow campaign during a media event which is scheduled to air live on GOLF Channel. The event will take place at THE PLAYERS Champions at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
We have created a number of content assets to help companies and individuals Play Yellow. You can check out one of the videos here and you can look through the attached asset guide and use any of the assets to share Play Yellow throughout your available channels.
Immediately, golf companies, players and fans will begin to Play Yellow by raising funds and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Ten companies, including Titleist, Callaway, Srixon, PGA Superstore, TPC Courses, Marriott Golf, Travelers, Bridgestone, Foot Joy and Top Golf are already on board. The public version of web site PlayYellow.org is live with the call-to-action for golfers and golf fans to Play Yellow by supporting fundraising effort and donating $18.
A number of PGA and LPGA professionals including Michelle Wie and Justin Thomas have signed up to Play Yellow and will be posting about it on their channels this week. We are also reaching out to more than 100 golf.
