We Need YOU…to be a Mentor!

T.E.A.M. 365 is a peer-to-peer mentoring program designed to Teach, Engage, Advise, and Mentor new CDOs in our network. With CDO turnover for the 141 US member hospitals at roughly 20% year over year and a six-hour CDO onboarding training held twice a year, leaders are left to strategically navigate CMN Hospitals on their own.  Therefore, a CDO Mentorship program would provide the extra guidance that would help them with the following:

  • Understand the value proposition of CMN Hospitals and how they can build a strategy to maximize both national and local opportunities.
  • Familiarize them with operations and the power of the 170 hospital member network.
  • Create a meaningful engagement with CMN Hosptials, which is essential for the partnership and raising funds and awareness for hospitals.

Here is our request — we need YOU! Our goal is to sign up 20 mentors by the end of June. Please consider joining T.E.A.M. 365 and help guide our new colleagues. We estimate that it will be about 2.5 hours/quarter, 10 hours annually, a very minimal time commitment. We will provide you with all of the training materials that can be combined with your personal story to help a new mentee’s journey be successful.
