Yesterday, I learned the report sent to you on Friday with your Market Fee Estimates and Timeline Chart had the 2019 base fee amount incorrectly listed due to an automated report creation error. CLICK HERE for a sample of this report.  Attached is your updated document with the corrected 2019 base fee due January 1, 2019, and below is the original email message.  Please note the 2019 base fee on the attached document now matches the previous membership fee summary and the explanation you received in February.

I again apologize for this miss and hope this has not caused any problems.  Let me know if you have other questions or need additional clarification.

We are grateful for your incredible engagement and the work of the CDO Advisory Sub-Committee has done in creating the 2019 Partnership Agreement. As discussed at the CDO Summit last week, we are syncing up the membership and fundraising years — they will both now be from January 1 – December 31. To help as you begin to create your 2019 budgets, we have created the attached Membership Fee Estimates and Timeline chart that shows the dates of upcoming disbursements and invoices with amount estimates specific to your market. We hope this helps you clarify any lingering questions you may have regarding the implementation of the new partnership agreement model.

At last week’s Summit attendees were informed that the membership agreement will be amended to align with the new partnership model was also discussed. We will share once this has been reviewed by the advisory committee later next month.
